Vos' Your Independent Grocer

I have lived in Port Perry for 10 years and have never had a bad experience at Vos. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The store is clean and well organized. Produce is fantastic, bread is fresh and meat is great. I especially love when I see Terry and Christine working around the store. They seem like owners that care about their employees, and their patrons.

Clean, Well priced, Lots of parking, most of the cashiers are friendly! The one Dominican woman (don,t know her name )always greets shoppers with a big smile and friendly conversation. And very easy on the eyes. Large variety of foods from other countries . Store is always well stocked

On different occasions have purchased sliced bread that was stale, baguettes, ciabetta buns (bagged)..all stale..all with future 'fresh till'dates. Also bought bad "fresh fish" and strip loin steak so tough a bear couldn't chew it. Since I live 20 minutes outside of town,it's really inconvenient to have to run back in to return these items. I've been shopping more and more in Uxbridge instead.
