I should have known from the tone by which they speak on the phone.These people are extremely inflexible & quite rude.The price seemed good (first red flag) but I've had nothing but problems with the 'brand new' rims I purchased.The day after installing them I noticed vibrations,had them re-balanced three times by their partner shop - no resolve.The rims were not true & constantly vibrate as if they're bent.Today I noticed that the tuner lugs (were black) are all rusted after 1 season.STAY AWAY!
