Today Sunday Oct.29 aprox 2.30 pm I lined up to order a coffee I was just about on my last legs as I'm a 86 year old army veteran in the care of Veterans affairs I paid my money & was handed a pick up slip No.206 & told to line up again for the pick up. I almost fell due to a balance problem my cane saved me I couldn't stand any longer & gave my pick up slip back to the young blond lady who took it but didn't give my money back so I had to leave. so not only was this bad service but I was out
