I spoke with the guy named Bill on Nov 21 at 11am for 2017 Hyundai Santa FE XL $14,950, he said available and I requested for a test drive, he said to call him later which I did at 5pm, Bill said to come tomorrow morning. When I called following morning, another sales rep named Emo said car was sold on Nov 21. This is really a poor service and misguiding us,they also charge a high fee $1000 on certification where others do it for $500-$600.Just be careful what you are told and what you get

Cancer patient, bought a vehicle for my 50th. Pointed out all the things that needed to be repaired before picking up. Picked up vehicle bearly made it home as vehicle had no brakes. Engines lights and other warning light kept coming on and off. Called a mechanic to come over asap, the brake lines were rotted and leaking oil as if a pipe was turned out. I recorded leaking and sent videos to dealer. None of the windows and doors other than drivers side would open using buttons. Windshield washer

Bought a van from there. Recieved van with windshield washer squirter broken...week 1 starter had to get replaced....week 2 engine started smoking had to replace thermostat housing.Rockcliff sent me to their mechanic Sam’s auto on warden was told on Saturday they would have to keep vehicle till Monday. Called rockcliff for loaner was told owner would call me which never happened and was refused his contact info. Horrible service. Went to another mechanic 1 plaza over and got it fixed same day.
