Said he would come in a week on a set date in the afternoon waited for this guy when I could have been doing a hundred other things on a beautiful day ,rounded up all the critters out of harms way and waited but No show no phone call ! finaly at 5:45 pm He sends a text telling me hes not coming but will come tomorrow around 4or 5pm if his equipment is working . A real phone call and a apology at a decent time and a promise to come by first thing in the morning would have been somewhat acceptabl

The only company who actually called me back the same day ! Really nice guy , solved our mice problem . highly recommend Platinum Pest Control .

Not good service....

Not good service. Try's to get in with low price and ups it after. Recommends services you don't need. Talked to other pest control and they told me to wait. Be real careful with this guy.
