The Brick

A delivery driver had ran into and cut our Bell Fibre Op wifi line! The delivery wasn't even for us and the driver only said that he would call his manager and drove away, no apology at all! Because of COVID, we need wifi to work from home and there are post-secondary students in the house that need it for exams! I called and they didn't even do anything! Absolutely ridiculous!

Very NOT impressed. Taking your money and your stuff is on back order immediately but you get told it’ll be on time. Bull...! I’m never going back there

I cannot express how disappointed I was with the customer service, going as far as lying about scheduled delivery dates so that we would purchase here rather than somewhere else. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a full King size bed set and a new mattress from a employee named Vicky. She was extremely friendly and gave us the information that we needed. What I really liked was that she did not crowd us too much either. She asked what we were looking for, showed us where everything was, and let us browse. Kept an eye on us in case we looked lost, and made sure to quickly return to help us choose a great mattress to fit our comfort. Thank you again Vicky for helping us!

Just had an excellent experience at the Brick in Sudbury. Very helpful and attentive salesman who wasn’t pushy at all - and who worked with me to pick out just what I wanted! His name is Jim. I’ve had far too many less than nice experiences in the past and this was a very pleasant change. Thank you Jim and the Brick.
