Fine we still had the warranty. When we called they said (without seeing the bike) that it would cost money. We brought the bike in. I don't know how this store is still in business. The owner is so rude; doesn't respect others' opinions. He gets really angry if you negotiate on price... he just flips! I hope he was only having a bad day; otherwise, his behavior is not worth it.

They sell used bicycles that look real shoddy, and there over priced! Why not just go buy a new bike for the price they charge. And the owner is very rude, if you don't agree with his pricing.

Was quoted $60-$80 dollars for my old bike last spring and then I bought wheels and other gear to fix it up from bike and forth dropping almost $180 dollars into the bike so i could ride it as i had decided to keep it. Went to trade it in again today as I had gotten a new bike and The owner was very rude and told me the bike was not worth $5 when it was in better condition that it was when he first gave me his quote.
