We didn't have any problems with the service. Water was refilled without asking. Food was good. Will definitely go back.
The food at Ye's is excellent. Be careful when experimenting with new things, however, because they charge you for left over sushi. It is easy to get away with not finishing other dishes (ie. rice) if you put the dish under another dish which is empty. I highly reccomend the spider roll and tempura shrimp maki! Tempura vegetables are also very enjoyable :) The only complaint I would have is about the horrible service. The waitstaff at Ye's are not friendly, they never ask to refill your beverage, and when you request a refill they are always ungracious about it. (I have been multiple times and always get the same lack of service!) The waitresses also have trouble answering any questions about what goes into a particular item, because most do not speak fluent english. This could lead to some confusion when ordering. Overall, if you're looking for quality and quantity in Japanese cuisine, this is your place. If you're looking for great service, go elsewhere.

We came in for a late lunch around 3pm. We haven't even sat for more than 3 minutes and the server told us that we need to order right now because their staff is having lunch, or else we'll have to wait for 20 mins!! We were speechless at first because we thought we might have heard her wrong because of her poor english. So she waited there and told us that if we don't order soon, we'll have to wait until she finishes her lunch! So we quickly scanned the menu and picked the first item I saw on the menu! It was incredibly BAD!! She never came back to check up on us, when the restaurant only had 3 tables!! We were already finished & yet they continued to ignore us. I think there were probably 10 staff at that time and some of them made themselves cozy and slept in the booths! So ridiculous! There were people waiting to be seated and all they did is stare at them. One server finally came to help them while food was stuffed in her mouth! I've never seen a restaurant like this in my whole entire life. I definitely do not recommend!!
We went to this restaurant for a special birthday meal. The day was ruined thanks to the terrible food and poor service. They did not bring the food we ordered and instead tried to give us food we did not order. They were told of a food sensitivity, and were totally unable to accommodate it. One waitress truly seemed concerned about the poor quality of the service; the rest didn't care. As for the food, it was terrible. We will never go back.
