Fauteux Heating & Cooling

Purchased a furnace for home. Written guarantee for 10 years on all parts. After 8 years heat exchanger and blower both failed to work. When I tried to get him to honour his warranty for parts and I pay labor, he refused saying the warranty had lapsed. I told him that I would go elsewhere. His partner than called me, and had the nerve to verbally attack me, I had never spoke with this man before. Originally okay experience turned awful.

Prompt, polite and efficient. Had to have a pool heater connected. This job was completed neatly and quickly. Peter also made sure that our water heater pilot light was on since the gas supply was turned off the day before, to accommodate the removal of the old pool heater. He gave a price estimate prior to coming out, providing there were no surprises or obstacles. The price was fair and ended up being the final amount. Furthermore, he arrived when he said he would. I highly recommend them.

I must say, I was probably the customer he didn't want. Put him under a lot of pressure to get my pool heater installed before a certain time/date. With a few delays/hiccups he still managed to get it installed by the needed date. Always stayed very professional. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and would definitely call him back, although knowing he may not want to work with me after the pressure I put on him. Don't look any further. He's your guy!

I ran into Pete yesterday at a trusted community store and Pete along with the LK Metal Product's fellow were glad to help Me decide on the best filter for My furnace.To Me it's not a common furnace filter but to experienced individual's Like Pete of Fauteaux Heating and Cooling and the LK Metal Product's representative it was easy.The staff are all great and they helped Me carry my purchase to my car without being asked.That's exceptional service in my view.
