Very negative exp...

Very negative experience. Despite ordering the cab the night before and calling at the arranged time, the cab still did not show. When I called the dispatcher a second time, he gave me the cabbie's cell number. I got tired of waiting and feared missing my flight so I went with Veterans who dispatched a car within five minutes of my call. I won't give Gerry's a second chance! One star given as I was unable to record a score of zero!
