The owner Grace was very rude! My mother and I went to book a flight for us and 9 other family members, Grace had a bad attitude the 1st time we visited her store front but we let it slide. Although I emailed her everyone's name, Grace spelt 8/11 of the names wrong. Grace sent everyone's travel information one someone in the group without consenting those she did business with to ensure that she was sending it to the right person. Grace did not even send me the tickets until confronted.
