Worst customer service from both the owner and the guy name Austin rude and disgusting they don’t want to take the blame for something that they screwed up on and tried to blamed me for the miscommunication when I had my receipts and called and showed up to the store numerous times they are a scam and money hungry talking to the owner is like talking to a brick wall don’t ever take anything to get repair here

I purchased a phone, which was faulty, took for ever to turn on, went back to get refund or a new phone or just to get it fixed. Was informed that I had damaged it internally. Funny thing is that I had purchased a phone case as well as not one scratch was on the phone,yet supposedly I had damaged it internally. How? Within the same day I contacted them, showed them the phone I'd purchased from them.I have contacted the police and filed a complaint and now just waiting to see the outcome.

I went to SMARTTECH purchased a Samsung s6 and it was he best choice I ever made. This is not my first time shopping at SMARTTECH ANS I WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE to go there. Best working staff ever. Thanx again guys
