    I ordered a window. Was told 5-6 weeks. It has been 14 weeks and I am still waiting. Terrible customer service.

    Service exécrable , aucun respect de la clientèle ils annulent votre commande que vous attendez depuis 45 jours sans raison, commis montant pour couvrir leurs erreurs Rona cest fini pour nous !

    I think it's the best place in terms of product, politics of returns, facilities, prices. I start shopping on internet, incredible rebattes. Pick up within 2 hours..

    Had a bad experience with one of there cashier, but I assume it was an isolated incident. Other then that, great hardware.
