I would recommend Inno-Derma Spa because it is very clean and elegant and their interior design is very stylish. Their staff is kind and polite and they always try to give their best services.

I have been a client here for years and i am very happy with the service. Friendly staff and on the ball. I never had to wait on an appointment. Would recommend this place for cellulite treatments and for Laser hair removal as well.

Pire expérience . Il ne retourne pas les appels . Jamais de disponibilité pour les rendez-vous et lorsque tu réussis à en avoir un , il te rappel pour le rechanger! Aucun membre de l'équipe dit la même chose .

Staff very nice but to young, I feel they are under pressure as well by the owner to sell extras , every single time i went for my treatment ( i had 7) , a staff member was proposing for me to buy, detox products or other products other treatments etc...very very annoying...

I kind of find it funny that you call them and they hang up in your face. No joke, its been 3 times one in the morning, one in the PM and one in the late afternoon. Great customer service i see. I would not want to spend a dime

Worst experience ...

Worst experience of my life. The Staff made a mistake on the IPL treatment I was getting. The employee said she spoke to the manager and that they were going to make an exception and that I was not going to have any troubles. At my next appointment the "manager" tells me to leave because it is not her problem that her staff made a mistake and promised me something then just opens the door as I am still lying half naked on the table and walks out leaving the door open.
