At the time I went there, they had extremely dirty chairs in the waiting room you dont want to sit on that. They dont accept any card as mean of payment. Welcome to the middle age. Cash only. No welcoming smile from the personal. Also they sent my application 2 weeks after they received the last results. They are also unable to tell you how long you will wait in the waiting room. They could at least tell how many person are waiting before you with a screen or something else.

The secretary did not send our medical documents on time and without immigration giving us a grace period we would have lost all the work we had done. A terrible experience overall. Do not trust this office, choose another place.

They delayed my application for 3 months! and they just sent it with 3 month delay!
