Banque Scotia

I added 1 star because you cannot submit without a rating! Nothing positive to say. If you are a customer overseas and you have money in this bank, they cannot provide a solution to have this money transferred. So far, 3 months and counting after endless emails and phone calls to the Parc & Fairmount branch, and no one cares. Bureaucracy and incompetence at its finest.

Au summum de l'incompétence. Succursale catastrophique. J'ai changé 5 fois de conseillé en moins d'un an !!!! Le dernier en date Mr Paul Pasarivakis est de loin le pire conseillé jamais eu. Incapable de faire une phrase entièrement en français. il ne répond meme pas a vos questions. Très désagréable lorsque vous parlez d'hypothèque. Il faut se faire une raison et changer définitivement de banque. Les conseillers chez Banque Scotia sont très très décevants.
