J’ai confié tous mes chats à cette clinique vétérinaire durant plus de 20 ans. Mais plus maintenant! Le niveau de service, l’empathie et la compétence du personnel laisse plus qu’à désirer. J’ai trouver un nouveau vétérinaire pour s’occuper des mes chats.

Well everyone told me, very good clinic ! Maybe but the secretary, need help she no good working with the public. I felt like i was disturbing, an bothering her.With my questions, so she put me on hold. And forgot me there, so i call back ! She did this 3 times, still no answer to my questions ! So got someone else, to call for me same thing.But finally got a answer, if she to occupy to answers questions. Just tell the client to call back, or better will call you.

My family has been bringing our pets to this clinic for 45 years. They have always provided top-notch care to our beloved pets, with lots of compassion.

Mon chien, infection oreille avec champignons,etc. Étant hors de Mtl, vois dr.; prescrit méd. et doit faire revoir le chien après 16 jrs voir si traitement fonctionne. Trois jrs plus tard de retour à Mtl. va chez Pillet. Mme Veress n'est plus là. Vois dr. Liebard ds une salle miniature, fait ce qu'il a à faire, facture et me dit de ne pas revenir. Très sécurisant. Je rends honneur à Dr. C. Veress pour son professionnalise et son approche auprès des gens et des animaux. Vous nous manquez.

J'apprécie la qualité et la compétence de l'équipe si accueillante. Quatre de mes animaux de compagnie ont reçu des soins au cours des 15 dernières années

My Yorkie leaned on a pillow and an employee rudely said the pillows weren't for the dogs nor was the bench. I asked her so maybe if the vet's waiting room is not for the animals should we be bringing them here? I told her that anything that is not suitable for animals shouldn't be there. I asked to speak to Dr. Lieber who is the owner and another employee told me, "Sure I'm his wife!' with a smirk on her face. I paid & didn't get a receipt; an estimate of 395$ for next treatments was given

Wow...le meilleur service...juste prix, personnelle tellement gentille. Pas de flafla inutile juste du bon service. Je n'irai plus jamais ailleurs ! !

Vous recherchez une clinique vétérinaire ou votre animal de compagnie bénéficiera des meilleurs soins et ce à des prix défiant probablement encore toute concurrence? Vous êtes au bon endroit! À cette clinique vous ne paierez pas pour des locaux hyper luxueux et tape à l’œil , vous débourserez uniquement pour du concret et les soins des plus professionnels qui y sont prodigués! Ça fait déjà quelques années que j'habite à Trois-Rivières et pourtant il y a quelques mois, je n'ai pas hésité à parcourir les 140 kms requis pour retourner à cette clinique et y faire soigner mon chien! Le personnel y est des plus humain, attentionné et surtout... On vous donnera l'heure juste en ce qui concerne l'état de santé de votre animal et des coûts potentiels qu'il pourra vous en coûter pour le remettre sur quatre pattes, surtout s'il est vraiment mal en point! Ils adorent leur travail et leur patients et je ne remercierai jamais assez la docteur Veres, ainsi que le docteur Liebart, pour tout les bons soins qu'ils ont prodigués à mon Charlot et mes autres compagnons de vie boxers! Une clinique, comme on aimerait qu'il y en ait beaucoup plus!
