Fleuriste Cote-des-Neiges

We ordered by phone for a standard Teleflora's Emerald Elegance Bouquet. On their website there are four yellow roses plus many more flowers. But, we got only two yellow roses with a few other flowers, It is so tiny and looks like a mini standard. We feel cheated by the photos presented on their website. Be aware of what you see and what you get!!! We paid about $80 including tax and $10 delivery.

I ordered a money...

I ordered a money tree from this company online. They gave the tree to a neighbour down the hall, which is fine as there was no answer at the apartment. However, they did not note the apartment number of where they left it, or the name of the people they gave the plant to. As well, when I called them to try to figure out where this plant was left, I was met with horrible customer service. This company is appalling and unprofessional.
