Polite staff but very poor customers service by manager. Overcharged for fuel depite full tank. Manager met in person and he denies any fault on his behalf despite clear proof by customer. Their FPO (fuel purchase option) does not follow the International Hertz regulations and gives them the liberty to charge whatever amount on the credit card up to full tank. His lack of proof and defensiveness are telling. Avoid headache and low business tactics.
