    If I could I would leave 0 stars. Great product but customer service is nonexistent. The solution to a faulty strap wAs a replacement strap in a completely different colour. Really? After many emails and calls ,I have yet to hear from them with a better solution. You would think with a high quality product,you should get high quality service. Not so much. Will never buy the products again.

    The worst customer service ever. They made a mistake on my order, sent the wrong color, and they want me to pay for return shipping. Are you kidding me. If I could give them a zero I would.

    One star is being too kind! Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. It's actually non existent - they do not answer emails, return calls nothing. It's too bad because it is a good product - I bought a purse at Nordstrom and wanted a wallet to match. My daughter who is 12 had help with from my friends for a Christmas present, purchased the wallet online directly with Matt and Nat. I wanted to exchange it which I have been trying to do for 2 months. Disgusting.

    Bought a bag online on their webpage and return it for exchange. Never got an exchange or a refund. They don't respond to emails. 200 Dollars gone with the wind! Will never buy Matt and Nat again.

    I def agree with all the comments. I have never, in my entite life, experienced a more unpleasant transaction/customer service. I am still waiting on a purse i ordered as a result from a excchange from a xmas gift and its February 10 !!!!! Impossible to talk to anyone. I must have emailed 20 times. It also actually cost me almost 75$ in shipping fees during this painful transaction. Yes their product is nice but really isnt worth all the trouble. HORRIBLE ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !

    Worst customer service - do not shop here

    This brand has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. First of all, they do not have a customer service phone number and representatives actively try to not give you their phone number. I wanted to return a bag that I received as a gift and it took Matt and Nat 2.5 months to process the return and for my gift giver to get back their money. This was not without constant emailing by me and having to provide my customer service and tracking number multiple times.

    GREAT SELECTIONS!!

    They have great selections if bags, purses, wallets, etc... They tend to do sample sales from time to time and its amazing how much of a deal you can get.
