NAPA AUTOPRO - Pneus Gordon

I've been using Gordon's for a long time, always liked talking to the old man, who sadly passed. Unfortunately I haven't had great service as of late and today's experience has lost them my business and my families as well. My battery was draining and the car wouldn't start. I suspected a fuse or the remote opener was responsible, and I told them this clearly on the phone before dropping off the car. The car wasn't ready until the next day, which I found out by phoning them, not the other way

Impossible to get them to answer phones when they have your car! They give you a time, don t hold it and then dont reply to the phones. Terrible service. Owner called me,though, to give me hell!

Great service!! I was in a jam, visiting from US. Tom found the tire I needed and first thing Saturday, Stephen got me right in and out. Wonderful to deal with, especially in this stressful situation.

I was in Montreal for a holiday and ended up with a flat tire. Gordon's Goodyear waited for me to come to the shop just before closing and installed a used tire they had in the shop to get me home safety, they rotated my tires so that the used tire would be in the back, charged me a very nominal charge and sent me on my way. They could have taken full advantage of a tourist yet went above and beyond and I highly recommend.

Went there to repair my tire and paid up ending paying 41$ for one tire to patch where I usually go cost only 20$ it's really a nonsense! This was my first and last visit with Gordans

A garage you can trust!!

In the world of car repair I have never been so impressed!! Paid half of what most garages would have charged to change my front brakes. Regret not going there for my rear brakes! Service with a smile and a huge smile on my face as I was driving away. Love these guys and so will you! The best thing I can say about Gordon Goodyear is that they have my trust. BTW they don't accept appointments, first come first serve (had to wake up early)... but what a service!!
