Extremely inefficient delivery service. My interaction with them was very unpleasant and to top it all off, they charged me a delivery fee and I never even received the order! The person I spoke to was aggressive in his tone, rude, and unprofessional. There are a million health food stores in Montreal who provide quality service and value their customers. I will bring my business elsewhere.

À éviter. Mauvais service à la clientèle et CHER par rapport à d autres magasins montrealais. Cela fait plus de 4 ans que j y vais juste parce que c est à côté de chez moi mais j ai décidé de me trouver un nouveau magasin santé. Ils sont TRÈS irrespectueux envers les gens. Même quand tu es un client qu ils connaissent depuis longtemps, ils te traitent comme un chien. PLUS JAMAIS.

I am a young woman and an athlete. I shop at the store regularly. Today I went in the store to ask about returning three items. One of them was opened, and the manager (also the owner) for an exception. He said no and that he would call the company but would not quote lie for me. I was shocked. He said it in front of the line of people behind me. As a young woman behind spoken to with disrespect from an older man was threatening. Dont shop there
