    After buying a new battery for my key fob I got a message that the battery was low. This is the third battery I have had to buy. I took the car to the dealer. The technician gave me some lame excuses as to why I was getting this message. The upshot of this is that he told me to go to the dealer where I bought the car. This is far from being good service!

    They tried to charge me for a covered service, and they told me, we were not able to fix it. I drove to USA and they fixed it for free and quickly. This place is a joke, AVOID

    Truly the worst service I have ever had! After buying my car, it needed to be serviced and I called multiple times, left voice messages and my calls were not returned in a timely manner. Worst of all I bought the nissan micra and had to relocate to the US for work and they refused to reimburse me the service plan and extended warranty even after I explained to them that the car does not meet US standards. They refused to get back to me in a timely manner.
