Mauvais service. Ma fille s'est fait insulter verbalement, présenter le mauvais doigt et lancer les gants de la technicienne à la figure. Un travail peu payant soit, mais qui était mal fait malgré la simplicité de la manoeuvre. Je ne recommande pas cet exécrable endroit.

I am very happy with the results ? very friendly staff that accommodates your style and makes you feel welcome! I had to wait about 15-20 mins as I didn’t have an appointment, I was given a water bottle ash a snack which was great and loved my results. Definitely recommend!

I enter the nail salon 20 minutes later than when I had made the appointment. Previous to this I did receive a call to confirm the appointment and I did explain that I would be late. I entered the salon with my two children and both husband and wife (owners) ridiculed me in front of two customers while 3 of their other staff members who were not with customers witnessed. They stood up angry pointed fingers at me yelling that they are a business and demand respect. I was dumbfounded.

GREAT SERVICE, ALWAYS ON TIME, NEVER HAVE TO WAIT . BUT THE BEST IS THE SERVICES WITH A SMILE. WE ARE GREETED LIKE FAMILY.

Mauvaise expérience aujourd'hui chez Ongles Caroline 88. En arrivant, la propriétaire ne nous a même pas dit bonjour. Elle insistait pour qu'on fasse des pédicures en plus des manucures pour lesquelles nous avions réservé. La jeune femme qui s'est occupé de moi n'arrêtait pas de me faire mal aux doigts. Je saignais et elle continuait même si je lui demandais d'y aller plus doucement. Ma manucure est affreuse, la forme de mes ongles est très moche et le vernis est mal posé.
