VERY IMPORTANT WARNING!
WARNING! Do not park at this car park under any circumstance, this is my experience: I had one good day that I parked there, I payed at the machine and it was an average machine price for the area. I left the car over night and there was no problem. HOWEVER The next day I went there to park again, the machine was not working, it charged my credit card the due amount (I've checked my credit card bank statements since) and deposited no receipt to prove i had payed. Seeing as how i payed i parked there anyway. This was fine. The next day I went and as there was no sign on the machine i assumed it was fixed, i was wrong, i did the same thing and parked there again after paying the amount and receiving no receipt. That night MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO, the window had been pried open and smashed, with damage to my side panels. I had nothing of value on display but had a GPS hidden in the console which was stolen. When I went to talk to the attendant on duty that day he was not apologetic at all, there was nobody on duty that night (there never is) and there is no cameras in the car park or surrounding areas. He also told me that this is a daily occurrence. I was given a number to direct all complaints to but after calling it it is my belief that it is only the number to the attendant box and was told there is no number to call to complain to or even enquire about possible cameras in the area. This is not the end of my bad experience: Later that day when i came to park back in the same parking lot he told me that i was to hand him the keys, i didn't do so. He then accused me of parking there for three days without paying, and that i needed to show proof that i have payed. He admitted to me that the machine was not giving out receipts but apparently that was not enough. He threatened multiple times that he was going to tow my car etc Please post other experiences under here and tell me if this information was helpful for you to let me know if it's even being read.
