Let me start by saying how happy I am that there was a DQ opened so close to my house!!
Secondly, the service could be improved. I go there quite often and I find them to be a tad rude. I believe there's an older lady, she's the manager (I think) super kind and very helpful lady.
Other than that, there have never been any mistakes on my order and the ice cream is always fantastic!
First visit at this new dairy Queen and it's nice they have drive - thru considering I have dogs but I must say we weren't pleased at all.. My gf ordered a cookie dough blizzard and I ordered a skors blizzard and when we get to the window she tells us there's no cookie dough left so we asked for smarties instead and I can hear the girl making the blizzards complain "is she going to change her mind 25 time?"... And to make things "better" my skor ended being Reese's pieces.. Thank God neither of us have a peanut allergy
I am extremely sorry for your unpleasant experience at our newly opened location. As you may be aware our first day of operations was Fathers Day June 21 and to be honest we were swamped! Our staff is young, a first job for most, so we ask for a certain amount of tolerance. Given that, we still are customer oriented and want to provide the best service possible to ensure repeat business.
