They do not stand behind their product and do not even return my calls. The pulley and string of my garage door has detached for the second time, narrowly missing my wife's head. The original installation was the wrong size and they tried to McGyver a fix. We have air spaces, improvised weatherstripping and this detached spring has come off again. They do NOT offer emergency service and do NOT RETURN CALLS. Go elsewhere for your garage door needs.
