You let us down - my child of 3 years in particular. My daughter suffered a painful earache during our vacation bin Canada (from Spain) and we contacted our insurance provider who contacted you. We informed them repeatedly through several expensive international calls that we did not have internet access and that we were using our Spain-based mobile phones. We waited 5 hours for your call back which did not come. My daughter screamed in pain until she fell asleep exhausted.
