Optimal Auto Glass Corp

The worse experience ever. Dented car when installing windshield. They were not able to recalibrate the radar system. Sent me to the dealer who charged me over $100 to do nothing. Dealer said they could not calibrate this windshield. Went back to Optimal Auto Glass and was told they did not yet receive the equipment to do the windshield calibration. Now they say they have it, but no one is trained to do it. It has been 6 months and Optimal Auto Glass is still stalling.

Bad experience from start to finish. I cannot warn you enough! Do not even call this company! I am almost positive that any good reviews are fake. They will offer you a 1 year warranty but will hang up on you if you have a problem.
