If you want to have an appointment with your family doctor Fast at physimed, ask for bilan de santé in other word they want you To pay to see your doctor urgently otherwise better go somwhere Else.

Si vous besoin d un rendez- vous avec ton medecin de famille, oublie ça. Toujours quand moi ou mon mari besoin faire un rendez-vous, l agenda du medecin est pas ouverte. Mais si vous avez du temps pour aller en personne l agenda vá êtrê ouvert! Vraiment la reception foncttionne pas, et ça fait long temps!

Very disappointing from start to finish. I’ve been going to Physimed for over ten years, but will not return. The Doctor had wrong info and was rude. The blood test did not go well. I had to return because they said my blood coagulated. I had to return because they said my family Doctor was no longer my Doctor so I had to sign papers. I cancelled my appointment, but 2 week later they called to say the Doctor had cancelled my appointment.

I call many time to see my family doctor they are busy almost i wait for 4 -5 months for my results still there don’t give appointment

L organisation de la clinique est fort méthodique. Le service est rapide. Les clients devraient être satisfaits de la performance des spécialistes qui travaillent à Physimed. Mon expérience personnelle est on ne peut plus satisfaisante. Mon médecin de famille attire une grande confiance. Malgré le souci manifesté d abréger les délais, il semble que, compte tenu de la côte de ce centre médical, le succès sur ce point n est pas chose facile.

Première visite au Centre Médical Physimed. Cette clinique est magnifique et d’une très grande propreté. Le personnel est courtois, efficace et compétent et mon médecin était attentionné et à l’écoute. Un gros merci à toute votre équipe. Je recommande fortement cette clinique.

I was very happy years ago, however it is going down with every visit we do. The services do not meet the charges. Long wait on the phone, six weeks to see your "family" doctor.

My husband and I ...

My husband and I have been going to Physimed for 5 years now. We have paid for the checkups ($$$) and "thought" it was worth it because if there was ever an emergency that we would be able to see our doctor. Our last appointment was in Jan 2014 and everything was fine. Today (may 28) we were unable to get an appointment within the week or month. The next appointment available was in July. We asked to see another doctor and were again refused. Physimed makes promises they can not keep.

They make you sign up for medical check-up, to pay 500-600$ each person with promising that you will get family doctor, but this is not a reality. I was trying to book an appointment two months after my check up and was told that I can see doctor in 1.5 months and they told me that I can visit there walk-in and wait few hours then whats the point to have file there ??? I guess it’s a good way to make money. I think I can visit walk-in without paying 600$ Horrible exspiriance

Bad service!!!

I've had the worse service in my life. Considering that you pay a big amount of money to get a better service than the public clinic, well, you don't. There is a long wait to be served even with an appointment (at least an hour), they are unorganized (they lost some of the results of my wife), if you call they put you on hold for hours and don't return your calls (the only time they called back was a year later to remind me of the annual checkup), you can't go and complain to anyone because they'll tell to talk with the patient service. The patient service is on the upper floors, and in order to get there, you need an appointment, and guess what? you'll have to call for that. Save your money and go to a public clinic, at least they would treat you with respect.

This medical centre has quick service and is super clean. The satisfaction of their patients is a permanent objective of Physimed.
