1st, what the owner promised to tell his crew to pay more attention while doing the treatment didn't happen.2nd, i got charged TWICE for one treatment. they didn't even have authorization to bill it on my credit card. 3rd, the follow-up inspection didn't happened. i was given an appointment time and they call me about 30-45mins after the set time, saying they are stuck somewhere and cant make it on time. it happened 2x. they are not reliable for setting appointments with customers.
