Tiles were very nice and very expensive..Customer service was terrible they gave me the wrong tiles a full shade lighter and said too bad we dont take it back that's how it is not one tile os the same....they gave us wall grout for kitchen floor tiles and said it's normal too bad that's how we do it here! Just trying to talk to someone for help is like pulling teeth
