Love this place! The ladies that work here are amazing, and my hair always looks great! I have never had an issue in the years I have gone there... Honestly I think Wendy could cut any style thrown at her. Toni has done my little girls hair, as well as mine, and each time I leave feeling like I got a great cut/colour for an amazing price!

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I am extremely happy with the products and services I purchase from Charisma Salon. My personal favorite stylist is Carla. She is always welcoming, knows who I am when I phone, is accommodating, a great conversationalist and always cuts & colors my hair the way I like it. She takes the time to listen to what I would like to do and recommends what is best for me. I trust and listen to her advice. I think this is a great place to go.

Worst hair in 26 years.

I went to this salon because I received a Cut, Colour and Highlights package as a gift through Swarmjam. I came in there with black hair and asked the stylist if she could do blonde. Over 6 hours later I left with hair that's black, brown and red at the front, and yellow, orange, copper and red at the back (with black streaks running through it of course). Not to mention the cut, which is nothing like the photo I showed her. It's unintentionally uneven on either side and the "layers" are blunt and uneven. My hair does not look like it's been cut/coloured by a professional by any means. She never once advised me or had me choose which colour(s) she was putting in my hair, and the end result is honestly horrible. Normally I would ask the stylist to fix it, but she's so bad at styling hair that I didn't trust her to even make an attempt. And I use the term "styling" lightly because she didn't style my hair at the end of the appointment, just half dried my hair. The first thing that I did when I woke up this morning was book an emergency hair appointment with my regular stylist. I've never done that before, but I would not go out in public with hair like this. Even my boyfriend commented on how bad it looked when I came home, and for him to notice, it MUST be bad. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, and I will be contacting Swarmjam and asking for a refund.
