Tina was the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with at that store. Her incompetence know no bounds. After insisting that shipping would be 140+ regardless of carrier, asked her to check, $50 less on a different carrier service. She then acted like a toddler and blamed the address I gave her as the reason the system wasn't moving forward, turns out she wasn't even logged in, again no apology or anything. I stood there for 40 mins to ship an envelope. Horrible horrible service.
