When telephoned he advised that he could not come immediately, but would come at the end of his business day. He arrived promptly, viewed the fridge, advised the problem, advised that he no longer repaired this type of problem with fridges. He was unable to advise us as to who could correct this issue for us. He was efficient, prompt, tidy, and courteous. The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service. Lire plus
