My just over 2 yr old GE oven stopped working. It wasn’t under warranty and I called Platinum to come have a look. This was a week before Christmas dinner at my place. They came the next day! For some reason my oven just started working again. Christmas was back on! Due to not being able to diagnose the problem it stopped again in March. After fighting with GE, Platinum advocated for me and managed to get a bunch of parts from GE for all my trouble and had them in and the oven fixed. Lire plus

My Samsung fridge was not cooling I asked many other they told me it could be temperature sensor or I need to look at it like anyone would but when I call A1 appliance told him the problem over the phone he said it could be just ice frozen so just unplug it for 24hrs it will fix the problem and it did thank you so much Lire plus
