I recently installed a wood insert on my old fireplace andwhat I can say is, that dealing with Rick at "Chim-ChimineySweep" and his workers was by far the best experience I had with acontractor and his work. I would highly recommend Vancouver Chimney Chief for any of your fireplace needs. We had a problem with smoke building up when the tenants above us were having a fire. He took the time to explain the problem to me (a new homeowner and landlord who knows nothing about fireplaces). He offered me solutions that were both budget friendly and those that were long term and energy efficient. I really appreciated that he said I could call if I had any issues with the fireplace. He was on time, extremely friendly and professional, gave me a ton of tips about using my fireplace/how to get the best heating in my home, gave me the number to someone I can call for firewood, did a fantastic job at a great price and even gave me repair materials for my fireplace!
