I was very impressed by Dr. Heggie on my first visit. I was referred by a friend to Raymond Dental. The staff were very comforting and professional walking me through the entire procedure as I was having my wisdom teeth pulled. I had been quite nervous the previous few days approaching the surgery. Dr. Heggie was very personable and understood my anxieties and was able to reassure me of the procedure.

Very pleased with the experience I've had here. Dr. Vahedi is great. I have anxiety issues and he has always been very kind and caring and respectful of my issues. He always does his best to help me get through my appointments. The staff at the front is also very nice and have always treated me very kindly and with much respect. My experience for the last several years has simply been excellent. The office staff is very professional, including coordination with insurance company. The office is clean welcoming and comfortable for the clients with a massage chair. The hygienists are very proactive in ensuring client comfort during the process, including setting up your TV channel to watch. I had my wisdom teeth taken out at Highstreet Dental. The dental staff did a great job at keeping me calm as i was very nervous to get this done. Dr.Jeff is amazing with needles as I could barely feel them. And as for pulling the teeth (which I was previously referred to an oral surgeon by another dentist), Dr. Jeff ensured I was comfortable the whole time and I had a great healing process afterwards and went to work the next day only experiencing discomfort for a day or two. We have lived in Calgary for over seven years, and it took us five years to find a dentist that offered quality work without over charging our insurance plan. We are self employed, so our insurance is minimal. Dr. Lee's rates are very reasonable. But he is also an incredible dentist. He takes the time to talk to our teens about their dental issues. I had a crown done 18 months ago that has been very good and was cheaper than one done by a previous dentist that has been nothing but trouble. His office is beautiful, clean and modern. His staff are very easy to communicate with. Overall it is probably the best dental experience I have ever had. He's also currently fairly easy to get into on short notice, but considering his quality of work, pricing and overall wonderful environment my only concern is he will get much busier in the future!Lire plus

Dr. Grewal and his team at Pro-Grace are the epitome of professionalism and caring treatment. There were no long waits, the front staff were pleasant and knew their jobs. The dental assistant was gentle and the surgeon for my extraction was excellent, always keeping me informed and checking on my well being. Jessica is optimistic and deals with customers. never have I seen someone who steps outside her role, reception and offers service and friendly advice and deals with billing and issues. The dental hygienists here trained at Columbia College and are top notch professionals and superb assistance... I had found this place (yes, they accept all Insurances). Do the estimations before the appointment. This Dental Office has a great, caring, and wonderful staff all around. And although they accept walk ins, I highly recommend making an appointment with them. I will say though, be patient and just know there they will do their best work for you!
