I had a microwave in for warranty service at Abbotsford location for over two months.I discussed the situation with Sarah at the Chilliwack location and she took total control of the issue and had my repaired oven back to me within weeks all the while keeping me informed of the progress.Very impressed with the service!When the oven was returned to me scratched,fellow staff negotiated a fair compensation package.Very happy with the service,I highly recommend this store

Great experience all around. Murray was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions and recommendations to help us narrow down our choice.
The delivery was done on time and the guys were in and out in no time. We went over the chairs to check for damage and we tested them, all was great. They cleaned up all the packing materials then were on their way.

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I have been frequenting this store for a number of years and love the ever changing variety of goods they carry. I like that they use where possible suppliers and supplies that are local or from other parts of Canada. I have a sofa from them which is perfect. I have a chair I purchased from them and they covered for me. Excellent work in matching the upholstery design, making extra cushions. Currently I have on order bookcases and a desk - all will be made locally.

When I moved back to Vancouver I decided that my fresh start should include new furniture. I spent a LOT of time looking around different stores. Most of the places I went I found the staff were pushy (which is not my style) and followed me around the store but when I went into Scan Design the sales staff were fabulous. Not pushy at all, they didn't stalk me while I was looking around, but yet they were easy to find when I did need some help.
I'm so happy with the furniture that I ended up purchasing. But what I especially love is how patient the staff were with me (I must have made 4 trips back and forth between the store and my townhouse, measuring furniture to make sure it would fit my place). Even better was the fact that the furniture was delivered by probably the most polite delivery-crew I've encountered in my life (and I've moved a lot of times). My delivery was scheduled to be between 10 AM - and Noon, and they were actually there at 9:45.
The day before my furniture was to be delivered, I got a phone call to say that my dining room chairs weren't going to be included but before I could freak out and say "where are my guests going to sit for Christmas dinner" he said "we have 8 replacement chairs for you, I'm sorry that they aren't the colour you ordered. You can keep these chairs until yours arrive. When your chairs come in we'll pick up the loaners and drop off the ones you ordered." I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that the loaner chairs were the same style that I ordered, they were just the wrong colour. And, they weren't old or used chairs, they were actually new chairs. I didn't have to pay for the loaners or the extra delivery fee. I'm still impressed by the service I received.
If I ever move into a bigger house and need more furniture, I'll definitely be back to Scan Designs.Lire plus

Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer. Lire plus

Definitely the best place to play, destroys any notion of what a practice space should be. Not the grimy, broken-down space you've probably come to expect. The sound/acoustics are excellent, rooms are extremely clean, equipment is all basically new and works great. Free water, coffee, WiFi, etc. Prices are reasonable especially considering almost all the gear you need is included. Owners are super friendly and accommodating.Lire plus
