I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit ! Great and very successful shopping at this lovely boutique. I had 3 weddings and events surrounding the weddings to find outfits for and looked around much of Calgary to no avail..."standard dresses didn't fit me right...then came upon this store where I found 3 dresses I love (plus). The best part is that alterations were included and done in store by the very knowledgeable and experienced owner. I am so thrilled to have the personal touch I experienced.
