My rhinoplasty surgery on Feb 8, 2023 with Dr. Brown he's a patient, kind, very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything and his staff Laura. I have an Asian low bridge, wide nostril, thick walls and poorly defied bulbous tip. He had to graft cartilage from my ribs. The surgery itself went without any complication, no bruising, blackeye and it been two weeks. I am extremely happy and so grateful that through extensive research I chose this doctor and clinic. Both my Mom and I use this clinic as the staff and our Doctor are excellent. During these trying and difficult times (co vid) the staff and our Doctor have bent over backwards to accommodate us as they genuinely care about us and we certainly appreciate them and everything they do. The clinic is clean and the wait times are very minimal. We don't and wont go anywhere else as the level of care we get is first rate. He made a very difficult situation much more easy for me by just being genuine and caring about each patients circumstances, and always remains professional while making you feel at ease. I found him to be approachable, relatable and very skilled in his field. I took my son to the dalhousie wart clinic just to have them charge me 180$ to put a lil drop of chemical and a bandaid on and tell me I have to come back every 2 weeks at THE SAME 180$ CHARGE till it was gone. So I took him here . It's covered by Alberta health . The doctored lasered it once , charged me NOTHING and it WAS gone . Recently was upgraded to Dr Mitchell when my surgeon was in an accident. From the moment I met Dr. Mitchell he put me at easy, was professional, funny, and was upfront and honest. Day of surgery again his bedside manor is second to NONE!! My incisions are healing beautifully and next to no pain. I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago. Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning.
