I walked into the store for the first time and was greeted by a lovely dog named Abby. The two guys (Rich and Russ) that own the business are totally hands on. When you go in you talk to them and they are always there to run the show. They were able to help me out when I first bought my bike and were more than happy to help me when I needed it serviced.
