Dr Li knows what she’s doing! I’m a pianist and my back was super sore. I went in for a massage, but honestly my muscles were too sore to touch. Dr. Li Sid let me try acupuncture and after that I will massage. I never had acupuncture before. She put the needles in, no problem there, left them in for 20 minutes or so, took them out……….. and what was too painful to touch when I walked in, was now able to receive deep massage! Amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of Sergey. Two years ago I had been in a car accident.I had partially torn ligaments and severe soft tissue damage in my back, shoulders, and neck. Pretty much rigid with no small ammount of pain. Within 3 months I was pain free and back to work. 100%

Krista gives an excellent massage. Krista is very good with the pressure for me (I am wimpy and don’t want it to hurt but still want some pressure) and my husband (who likes deep tissue). Her home studio is warm and comfortable. I have also appreciated how accommodating she is for last minute massages. She gets back to me quickly and has always accommodated my crazy schedule. I have known Nina for over 15 years and will never go anywhere else for a massage. It took a few tries with different massage therapists before I found two that I really like. Both these massage therapists have in depth related university degrees and I find it so helpful that they are well versed with the human skeletal system, sports therapy as well as naturopathy.
