I had a nightmare situation, and they were so awesome with me. They were compassionate, helpful and kind. I could write a book, but only have 350 more characters to use. I am a single working mom taking my 2 daughters on vacation. They saved our trip. I will forever be grateful! The Jeep was clean and solid too (not some cheap car with the bare minimums). Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
