Went today for the first time. I don't have a family doctor. Went on a weekday morning arriving early, like 8:30. It opens at 9am. I was out by 9:30. I saw Dr. Levan as Dr. Elmalem was away. Dr. Levan was excellent in every way: very polite and made me feel at ease. I have seen Dr. Elmalem for the last three years and he is also excellent. The staff have always been polite and helpful. As I have a mobility problem, they brought the form to fill in to me and picked it up so that I wouldn't have to get up. Wellington is a consumate professional with a eye for what glasses suites a person. He also has the latest equipment, which does an indepth analysis of the helth of your eyes. I had a phenomenal experience at the Oak Ridges Vision Centre. I was treated in such a caring manner by Dr. Abdulla who took so much time to answer all my eye care questions. Setareh and Somy helped me pick out my new glasses and I’m so In love with the way my glasses look!!! I highly recommend this clinic and have take both my children there as well.
