We awoke to a very chilly home on Sunday. Once we determined that our furnace was not working we called Town & Country. The answering service took our info and within minutes we received a return call stating the tech would be at our home in 15 minutes.

Thank you for the work! All Premium was on time, efficient and did great work. I felt informed about the work being done. I should say their quote was less than other businesses but provided more information along with Brittany and then David answering all my question s the proudly. Everyone I dealt with made me feel comfortable. They cleaned up after themselves- I think the space was actually cleaner after they left. AND they did the rebate paperwork for me!
