I had what I thought was a plumbing emergency. I called Steve the owner and a young man was at my door in less than 20 minutes during this pandemic. He did what needed to be done and I was an extremely happy customer in less than an hour. This was not my first time using Steve Co. Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional.
