Used them yesterday as we had a small flood in the basement when a pipe connection let go. Called them around 5:30 PM and left message with answering service and they called back in under a half hour. They were at our place by 6:30 PM and all repairs and clean up plus another job that I had was completed by 7:30 PM. Very happy with them. Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. I had a sewer blockage from the house and had spent a day and a half trying to clear it. I called Eric and he came within a half hour, brought his big auger and cleared roots from the pipe about twenty feet away from my property within minutes.
He was timely, reasonably priced, informative and a great help.
