I had an issue with a shipment that was sent from the UPS store #31 Cgy.The issue was not due to this team (was the delivery team in Mtl) but I had to go through this store for resolution since it started there. It was wonderful working w Akshay, the Manager. He took the time to tell me what I needed to do & ensured he followed it through with me from beginning to end. He provided great customer service.
