I have actually had great service and experiences with Amazon Canada. I can’t say the same with Amazon USA. Amazon Canada customer service always tries to resolve any concerns right away. There was once a package went missing and they resolved the problem right away with that same phone call and no transfers and waiting to speak to someone else.
